Remarkable Customer Servive As I a new to Victoria, I had no idea what to expect when I booked a service appointment for my 2015 Genesis. It is a low mileage vehicle and had been serviced by the dealership [on the mainland] where I leased it. When I arrived for my appointment I gave the Service Advisor, Steve Bullock, the service history, so that he would know what had previously been done. Steve's response was that previous service had been done somewhat earlier than necessary and that the next service date should be sometime in October. He made the appointment for me and that was all... This is the first time I have every been told by an automobile service agent that work was not necessary OR too early. Thanks Steve. I appreciate your honesty and will be back in October. More
