I never once felt pressured into buying or signing/committing to anything after visiting the dealership. He allowed me to take several no pressure test drives until we finally found one that met all my needs. Once the car arrived Jay went above and beyond taking his time to help me understand the in's and the out's of the vehicle and helping me set up the little things like my Apple Play and Navigation. Right time right place I went looking for a vehicle not really committed to buying but after being shown a high level of respect and given a low pressure opportunity it was I went looking for a vehicle not really committed to buying but after being shown a high level of respect and given a low pressure opportunity it was a no brainer to purchase my vehicle. It was not something I had considered but the knowledge of the vehicle from staff and the information given for the type of car convinced me that it fit the bill. The process was smooth and now I have one of the first of its kind in Victoria. From the first viewing through the test drive and then the paperwork I felt comfortable and dealt with honestly. It was an overall good experience and I left knowing a lot about the bells and whistles on the vehicle as well as being comfortable with the purchase. The follow up service for the protection options was completed well within the time promised and left feeling that any service would be done well and in time. Looking forward to future dealings.
