I bought a brand new Qashqai from Vickar Nissan 2 years ago. When I found out our infant car seat didn’t fit in the backseat I came back to the dealership and met Darren. Darren Lusty was our sales person when we purchased our vehicle. There was no pressure to purchase, he gave us time to look at the vehicle and checked in on us if we had any questions. I had a great experience working with Darren. I came in with a budget and an idea of what I was looking for; there was no dancing around or pressure on the sales floor. Darren sat quietly during the test with a budget and an idea of what I was looking for; there was no dancing around or pressure on the sales floor. Darren sat quietly during the test drive and allowed me time to feel how the vehicle handled. When I asked him about the features, he was straight to the point and didn't try to make a sales pitch, just gave the facts - which is really the proper way to sell! The final price was the price we agreed upon on the floor. Next time I'm in the market, I will make sure to stop in at Nissan again. More

Hosed by the dealership I have purchased 3 vehicles with them and since they changed to Vicker, everything has gone down hill. 3 vehicles all with extended warranty. Most rec I have purchased 3 vehicles with them and since they changed to Vicker, everything has gone down hill. 3 vehicles all with extended warranty. Most recently we were on a road trip with our Rogue and the AC started just to spill water all over the floors and just shoot vapour. We got back into the city and took it to the dealership. We were just over our REGULAR KM warranty and well within the extended warranty they wouldn't do it. They charged us $700 to replace the climate controls. Problem still persists so we find out from somewhere else the issues is as simple as a clogged drain! Hosed by the dealership for $700 on an easy fix anywhere else. Calls don't get returned ,messages are ignored. Just a joke. Go elsewhere and save yourself the Hassel. More
Shady dealer My daughter was buying a used SUV from this dealer. My daughter left on a trip the following Monday and they said that we could finish the deal 10 days later on a Tuesday. We returned with offer sheet in hand, to be told that they had sold the car to another person, due to a clerical error???? Got a very hollow apology from a Shayne ( sales manager) with the promise that they felt terrible and they would make it up to her. Long story short we found another car for $5000.00 more and the best they did was $700.00 off the price and that included the trade in. Guess they didn't feel that bad. More
