Thanks Tim - Love My New Explorer Was doing a little shopping around and looked at Ford. Never owned a Ford before but fell in love with the 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Was tinkering wit Was doing a little shopping around and looked at Ford. Never owned a Ford before but fell in love with the 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. Was tinkering with a Ford Edge Sport as well. Tim was able to accommodate test driving both vehicles, especially surprised that when I first went in, that no Ford Edge was on the lot to test drive but he found one which allowed me to compare a few days later. From there, I was set on the Explorer. Tim was great following up with me throughout the process, from crunching the numbers to delivery and texting me with answers to all my questions before finalizing the deal. In the end, I got a lower bi-weekly payment then what we first negotiated and he made my decision to stick with the Explorer an easy one. Even texted me a pic of my vehicle all detailed and ready prior to picking it up. Was not under any pressure to buy and was almost going to go to Nissan where they were quite easy to bash Ford. I was treated very well and would recommend seeing Tim to anyone purchasing a vehicle. Great service top to bottom. More

"Terrific Tim" Stopped in a parkside as i was looking at buying a new truck. After walking through the lot for 10 minutes "window shopping" I decided to go inside an Stopped in a parkside as i was looking at buying a new truck. After walking through the lot for 10 minutes "window shopping" I decided to go inside and talk to a salesman to get some more information on the differant incentives and rebates that ford was offering. I was introduced to Tim Francisco and was told he could look after me. We walked through the lot and i showed him the two trucks I was interested in and he told me about rebates and the programs Ford was offering at the time and said he would put some rough pricing together for me and we could proceed from there. A couple hours later Tim provided me pricing and an offer to take the truck home for a day to see if it "fit my lifestyle". After being at a couple other dealerships of other manufacturers and seeing the way I was treated there because I was only kicking tires and not ready to do a deal that day I knew when the offer to take a truck to see if it suited me was made these guys were there to walk me through the process and make sure I was comfortable with what I was intrested in buying and not just in a hurry to sell another car. Take it from me in a business of high pressure and comission based sales buying a car is my least favorite thing to do, this being my 8th new vehicle purchased and second in a row with parkside I would recommend Tim and Parkside to anyone.
