Bad experience We were working on a deal. Told them what we wanted to pay and for so many years. They came up with a number. It was ok. Then they called us back with We were working on a deal. Plus we found a better truck at a better price. Now they won't give us our $1000 down payment to hold the truck for a few days to work out the dea. Threatening us that we have to take the truck. So very surprised about the whole situation. Working on getting our money back. never going back there. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. More

Second Ford purchase Walked into the dealership thinking a deal wouldn't be made. I was expecting a low figure on my trade in. Dealing with Henry was an absolute pleasure. Walked into the dealership thinking a deal wouldn't be made. I was expecting a low figure on my trade in. Dealing with Henry was an absolute pleasure. He worked with me to get the number I wanted on my trade in and a good price on my new one. Made the deal after about an hour and a half after walking in. They were able to find and secure the colour I wanted within 2 days. Next time I'm looking to upgrade, I won't hesitate to come back and deal with Henry. More

Bad sales closing experience! We were looking for a new vehicle and found a selection at Vickars. The floor salesman was friendly and willing to help with our questions. We went and test drove the car we were interested in, a locally owned no accident car. At the end we were introduced to the sales manager who offered us a "deal", which was a price higher than it was listed for online. So we said we needed to think about it and left. We spoke to the sales manager a few days later and we countered with our price, but he said couldn't do it so he said his VP of sales would contact us. Spoke to the VP (Dominque) back and forth several times in the week trying to purchase the car but we could not agree on the price. We were comfortable with our cash offer and he told us he felt like we were robbing him. We were finally told to take a look at other dealerships and when we got scared and could not find anything to call them back. We were so disappointed with this customer service and treatment that we said "Okay We Will". VP called back later the same night and accepted our offer. We went to pick up the car the next day (with an appointment time) and they tried to get us to finance even though we had an accepted cash offer, the paper work wasn't ready, car wasn't cleaned inside and they didn't fill up the car with gas. Also, all the staff aside from the original floor salesman, were unfriendly. The VP of sales who made the deal would not even come say Hi or shake our hand (instead he stayed in his office). After getting the car home we found the old registration for the car which was from car rental company which they did not tell us and the car proof did not state. We did not have a good experience and we are recommending people avoid this dealership. Terrible customer service and very dishonest. We will never buy or get service from them in the future. More

When viewing the vehicle it was found that the tunnel cover was missing some parts and they were quick to bring in the parts and complete the repair before we picked up the vehicle. Laura was very friendly and if she didn't know an answer to our questions she found the answer quickly. More

Unnecessary repair asked I brought my 2008 Lexus GX470 that I bought from Minnesota in there for a Manitoba Safety Cert. and RIV form (Registration of Imported Vehicle) and t I brought my 2008 Lexus GX470 that I bought from Minnesota in there for a Manitoba Safety Cert. and RIV form (Registration of Imported Vehicle) and their Tech. said I need to fix the power steering to pass safety, which will cost me approx. $1200.for parts,labour and taxes. Took my vehicle out and brought it to another shop certified to fill out the RIV form and do Manitoba Safety at the same time. Vehicle passed, no issue at all, no problem, and was able to registered it, drove it 2400 Km to Edmonton and back, with no power steering issue at all. Beware, their service department, they are out to scam you big money if you believe what they tell you, doing unnecessary repair. Will not recommend at all to bring your vehicle there not unless its a warranty. More
