Painless Oil Change Experience Arrived 15 minutes early for my oil change appointment at Vickar Chevrolet on Regent. Graham met me in the oil change facility and showed me the way t Arrived 15 minutes early for my oil change appointment at Vickar Chevrolet on Regent. Graham met me in the oil change facility and showed me the way to the waiting room and proceeded to get the pertinent information from my vehicle and get the work order made up. Graham noticed that I had never had my tires rotated and suggested it was time with 25,000km the on them. As the technicians were doing the 15 point inspection found the engine and cabin filters where in need of replacing. Graham kept me informed of the progress of the service being completed on my vehicle and had the work completed in approximately 30 minutes.
