Offer you a ride home or to the Mall if you don’t want to sit and wait.Coffee is there if you want one.We have been going to Vernon Nissan since 1994. To begin with is was just once a year when we came to Kelowna on holidays.When we moved here 13 years ago we have only not gone there 3 times and 3times I have been really annoyed saying I will never go to Kelowna Dealership again this time I mean it. I wold recommend Vernon Nissan to everyone. More

Extreme Disappointment I took my 09' Nissan Murano (150,000km) into Vernon Nissan as it was revving to high and my fuel mileage is outrageous . They told me I had to do an E I took my 09' Nissan Murano (150,000km) into Vernon Nissan as it was revving to high and my fuel mileage is outrageous . They told me I had to do an EMC update for $160. I thought this was a great, efficient and cheap fix. When I got to Nissan they tried charging me $300. I was slightly reluctant to pay, so they gave me a slight discount. I was pleased and thankful for the discount for some strange reason. However, this did not fix the problem. So I took it back and talked to Matt, which at the time seemed to be like a good guy. He told me that they will have to fix the ambient air temperature and the vehicle will be fixed. I was in doubt, so he told me he will fix it, I will be able to drive it and if I wasn't happy, the bill would be free. I was in shock that a service department would even think to do that. So, I got the service done. But when I got back to pick it up, I had to pay $375 for the part...OK I was fine with this! The balance owing was $220. Well the SUV is still running no different, in fact my fuel mileage is worse. So, Matt the great guy I thought he was called and asked how the vehicle was running. I told him that I have paid $600 and the SUV's gas mileage is actually worse. He did not believe me, yelled at me that he fixed it, then hung up the phone on me. Extremely professional!?!?! I did end up paying the extra $220 which equals $800 total for speculation on my vehicle. Nothing is fixed on my vehicle and I would have paid whatever, just to have it fixed and drive properly!! I am extremely disappointed in Vernon Nissan, and Nissan in general and would not recommend this Dealer to anyone! I should have sold my Nissan long ago! Sincerely, Justin Baillargeon More
