Good Day Lewis, My name is Chris Robertson, I am the Service Manager here at Varsity Chrysler. You don’t know me but I am ULTRA passionate to Varsity clients Satisfaction! I have invested the past 13 years with this company I call home. I have been very fortunate to assemble a team of dedicated individuals that typically earn us accolades and positive feedbacks from our efforts to provide our clients an “Unrivaled Service Experience”, by the sounds of it, all but what you have experienced thus far  Dealerships and repair centers have always carried those stereotypes like being “Overpriced”, “Inconvenient”, “Rip off’s”, “Uncaring” – We work very hard to live all these down focusing on honesty, integrity and representation of Value. I too am a consumer , and have a very high expectation of service providers when I am spending both my time and hard earned money. While I respect your opinions based only on your experience, I am truly sickened to hear of your perception of the situation in regards to your new Dodge Dart. #1 you are absolutely correct Mr. Phil Rutherford is a great man, it is an honor to work alongside him, it is truly unfortunate the service execution has not lived up to expectation or beyond. I just researched all of your recent visits, dissecting procedure and steps taken in attempt to rectify your ongoing concerns with your new Dodge Dart. I am very branded, I believe in this product and want to help change your mind. As you can appreciate, we do not build the vehicles, we are simply contracted to repair them on behalf of the manufacturer. When a new product is launched it is not uncommon to have some issues (kinks) to work out. In the event we have trouble sourcing the route of a concern we have some excellent resources made available through the manufacturer. On your second visit after the first repair attempt did not solve the condition, our service technician diligently opened a Tech Line case file (with Chrysler Engineering), to whom referred us to an available star on line , essentially outlining the symptoms which resulted in uploading a new software . Please understand, when we make a corrective repair attempt, we do quality control the vehicle thereafter to verify the repair, however, this can often take substantial driving in order to verify. Every time we have released the vehicle it has been in good intention that the condition had been rectified, which as a result it was not. Mr. Horwood, I want nothing more than your genuine satisfaction with your new Dodge Product. i/we are willing to demonstrate our commitment by doing whatever is necessary to come up with a permanent remedy. I would be happy to arrange the drop off of a replacement vehicle and pick up of your vehicle to get this process underway. I would like to discuss this action plan with you in person or over the phone so I can obtain additional information about your recent service experiences. In order to grow and aid new staff in training your feedback is most valuable to us! Let me know the best time and contact number and I will ensure to call you to make a plan. I seek only one more chance to both correct the condition and most importantly try to reinstate your confidence in our teams ability to earn your business. Further to our discussion, we disagree with your claim that we are at fault here or that we have been unethical of deceitful in any way. You have chosen to pursue this with AMVIC and we agree that this is a logical course of action as they can be an unbiased third-party to review all the information from both sides, investigate and render a decision.
