We returned to Unique after a previous positive experience with them, with the intention of just trying out a couple of cars before deciding on one to buy. I am writing this review to thank Dave....During the big snow storm we just had 02/05/2014 I was trying to fix the driver side hub assembly on my 2006 Dodge Caravan when I ran into a problem with the lock k snow storm we just had 02/05/2014 I was trying to fix the driver side hub assembly on my 2006 Dodge Caravan when I ran into a problem with the lock key on my rims,it was damaged and I could not remove it,in a pinch I called Unique and found that Dave was the last man in the Parts dept as everyone had gone home early due to the bad weather.I told him my situation and he told me to come over right away as he would wait for me before he went home for the day. We searched for and found a lock key that fit my lug and he was awesome at "lending" me the key for the night..(which I returned the next morning)..I was able to get the rim off and complete the hub replacement. Without Daves paitence and willingness to help me out I would have been stuck and not been able to drive my van.....the gratitude I have for him for taking the time to do this when everyone else was closing early or already closed is immense.....I have confidence in knowing that there really are some great people in the city of Burlington and Unique should be quite proud of the job Dave did on such a terrible day where he could have said "sorry we are closed" but he didnt!! Long story short, I visited Unique Chrysler on a Saturday and on Monday I had my vehicle. Excellent customer service, the sales person are very friendly. They both really helped me throughout the end and delivered a 2014 Dodge Challenger which is a great ride.
