Andrew was very helpful in explaining each and every option that I had chosen (from my build a truck online experience) for my dream vehicle. Upon arrival of the new Ram truck, I was notified by Andrew and given top notch customer service throughout my time at the dealership including an explanation on every detail of the truck. Thank you. Excellent service and very friendly When we first came in we were helped very quickly and shown exactly what we were looking for. The staff who worked with us were very courteous, profe When we first came in we were helped very quickly and shown exactly what we were looking for. The staff who worked with us were very courteous, professional, helpful, polite, and very friendly. We were shown a vehicle that had a DVD player and heated seats and we really liked what we were shown. We asked what size the engine was and after we were told the size, we said it wasn't what we were looking for. So instead we were brought to the 2014 models of the car and were shown another vehicle. We were told it had the same features figuring that the 2 we looked at were exactly the same. We thought the only difference was the engine. So we bough that vehicle and were ultimately happy with what we bought. After picking it up and taking it home we realized it didn't have the same features that we thought it had come with such as the DVD player and the heated seats. Also the drivers side seatbelt wasn't working right. We called and explained what was going on with the new vehicle and Unique Chrysler offered to make it right and we are extremely happy with what they did for us making us love the vehicle even more. Overall it was a pretty good first experience going to buy a car and we would definitely recommend our friends and family to this location. More
