The test drive with Brian didn't even feel like a test drive, it felt like I was going for a drive with a friend (a friend who knew a lot about cars). Sitting down with Brian and Mike to iron out the details of the deal were actually enjoyable and I never got that "pushy car salesman" feel from anyone. They listened to what I wanted in a car and what I needed my payments to be, and they did what they could to get me there, they even threw in a couple extras. I loved their friendliness and sense of humor and never once coming across as unprofessional. Mio was fantastic to deal with. He went above and beyond with the financing portion of the deal. I even got to pick my car up 24 hours after signing the papers. I went to 4 local dealerships before going out of town to Unique and I will never go anywhere else again. I will refer everyone and anyone to Unique for their next car purchase. I Am young, 23 years old, and with the other dealerships I encountered I found I was not taken seriously, nor did I feel appreciated or welcomed. Dealing with Nikki and mike was amazing, as well as talking to all the other employees who helped along the process. I went in nervous and left with the biggest smile on my face. I was treated like an adult, wasn't pressured into anything, and felt like I was hanging out with friends throughout the process. It was nice to be treated with respect and they made sure my every need was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure my first experience of buying a vehicle was memorable. Nicola Stunt had the van we were looking for ready to go to look at and she bent over backwards to try to make our experience with the van a positive one. She knew about every nook and cranny of the vehicle. We had Michael Pearce in finance, and he was well prepared, having all places highlighted where we needed to sign. What could have taken a couple of hours, took only minutes! Both employees were personable, kind, and efficient. Our experience at Unique Chrysler was amazing and we would definitely return to purchase future vehicles. More

2nd time with Unique experience. Well, 17 months ago we decided to upgrade to a Jeep commander. That did not work out very well for our family. We decided to trade in to a 2014 Dodge Well, 17 months ago we decided to upgrade to a Jeep commander. That did not work out very well for our family. We decided to trade in to a 2014 Dodge grand Caravan. Honestly, I really don't know what we were thinking with the commander, This is way more functional for our little hockey players, We do a lot of travelling and need a few adjustments, however our experience with the crew has been great. We would definitely recommend the family at Unique. Sales rep Martin Saad did an excellent job with helping us be happy. Mio and MIke did their magic with our rates and well as for Mike Carobeli, (other then his choice of hockey team,) he was so comfortable to sit with and work out our needs. I could not have had a better experience! I felt taken care of, listened to and understood. The team at Unique kept our families best interests in mind and helped us to pick the perfect vehicle for us and as a result, we LOVE it! Even the kids LOVE it! My daughter said we have the coolest car EVER! (lol! its a minivan) Martin is AMAZING, sincere and made our experience a positive one. I had a 3 year old and a six year old with me...yikes! this could have been an utter disaster but Martin went above and beyond to make sure they were happy so Mom and Dad could focus on our new purchase details and financing.
