Unique Dealership Really Cares We had a scary experience with our jeep and we no longer trusted the vehicle. It was towed to a dealership 2 hours from our home as the near accident We had a scary experience with our jeep and we no longer trusted the vehicle. It was towed to a dealership 2 hours from our home as the near accident happened on our way back from camping The Exeter dealership who had our jeep were disappointing to say the least- my husband went into Unique Chrysler (our local dealership) and we had some hope that things would turn out ok. 'Chrysler' were not taking ownership and even advised Unique Chrysler to leave us be, but thankfully they didn't. Mike Carobelli, the general manager, listened to us, believed us and genuinely went over and above his duty to help us. He knew how we felt about our jeep so he arranged the pick up of the vehicle from Exeter at no charge to us, he dealt with us on a personal level, listened and gave us every possible financial break to the point that the dealership was losing out, in order to give us a magnificent deal on a trade. We now have a vehicle that is superior to the jeep. It was a very stressful time and without Mike and his team at Unique Chrysler we would be taking every possible step to discredit Chrysler as a company. Chrysler is extremely fortunate to have Mike Carobelli and we are too!!
