This service appointment was based an a service follow-up as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. They answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns and requests and helped me get a great car at a reasonable price. A test drive was arranged on my second visit even though it was late and the car was sitting in the middle of the showroom. There was no pressure whatsoever, just friendly service and a few good laughs also! They gave me extras with the car without having to ask, just to make sure I would have no issues - they even threw in a first oil change. Overall my impression is that they are very honest, they know their stuff and they seem really interested in gaining customers through excellent service. I look forward to doing business with them again when the time comes, and I will probably end up having all my maintenance done there going forward. They have a great new car in the Kazashi. Bang for the buck is right up there with the Sonata,plus AWD! I have a rather lenghty commute with winter weather I was looking for an awd sedan.
