By far, my best experience at a dealership.. The first time I ever came into Triple Seven was in June. I wasn't looking to purchase anything for at least a few months. My boyfriend and I were approached by Russ Hermann and he was by far the best salesman that we have ever come across. He was very honest with us and explained that he didn't know much about Jeeps, which is what we were interested in, but always found the answers to our questions. We test drove many vehicles with Russ and we never felt rushed to make a decision or that we were being pushed into picking a vehicle that was out of our price range. He even turned me into a bit of a Ram fan, which I definitely was not before! We ended up falling in love with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and wanted to come back in a few months to test drive it again. Russ encouraged us to go and test drive other vehicles as well and explained that he would love to sell us a vehicle but in the end just wanted us to find a vehicle that suited us, regardless of the make. I did test drive many other vehicles and met many other sales associates but none compared to my experience at Triple Seven. Russ was a major part in us coming back to the dealership and an even bigger reason why I am a 2015 Jeep Cherokee owner today! Thank you so much, Russ, for being awesome! Great customer service! I was dealing with Crestview sales team and they treated me like garbage and didn't seem to care I was going to spend 60g on a new truck. I then went to Triple Seven and dealt with Russ Herman. He got me a better truck for a less price and knew everything about the ram. Still to this day I can call him for anything and he will go out of his way to help me. Great customer service and Russ will definitely be seeing repeat business and get recommendations through myself. More

Messed my Jeep up and laughed in my face! Rob the service manager is the worst person you will ever come across. Went out of their way to help me out I am new to town and I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina after being turned away by their competition down the road b I am new to town and I brought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in to Triple Seven Chrysler in Regina after being turned away by their competition down the road because it was "to close to closing time". Not only was Tom Lubas able to help me RIGHT AWAY but went out of his way to help me out and do the work himself even though he is a Service Manager. The drivers side power window regulator broke and in the process destroyed some of the other components in the door. Tom stuck to his original quote even though there was extra unseen damage and then helped me by keeping the vehicle indoors overnight because the window would not go up and I would have had to park downtown like that. I also requested an oil change which was done at an excellent price and they didn't charge me extra for "fluid top ups" that were not required like many other dealers do. I will be living in Regina now and Triple Seven hit it out of the park in winning my loyalty. I have no reason for going down the street where I was treated rudely and dismissed. Thanks Tom! More

Service Department is horrible!! I took my 2014 Jeep there because my front dif was leaking on both the left and right. They phoned me and pretty much said it was all in my head, tha I took my 2014 Jeep there because my front dif was leaking on both the left and right. They phoned me and pretty much said it was all in my head, that there were absolutely no leaks, and made me feel stupid. Took it over to Crestview this week and they were indeed leaking really bad and both had to be changed! Thanks for letting me think it was ok and driving it like that when I could have ended up with some big issues! Never again will they get our business! You guys are ridiculous!!!!! More
