We delt with Wren Wilson who was very helpful, understanding and friendly. We also want to thank Michael the Sales Manager who was fair and reasonable when it came to negotiating. We went back to pick up our mats and had a few questions and the Manager, Doug Dam, took the time to go over everything in a clear and helpful way! We are so happy with the service. Honestly we could not have asked for a better way to experience the purchase of our first SUV. First Visit, Poor Result I went in midday on a weekday and roamed the facility for about 10 minutes before a representative realized a customer was present. I was looking to test drive one of their vehicles, but they did not have any in stock at the time. I said I could come back at a later date, but the agent could not recommended a day and instead proceeded to read information from his manual about the vehicles Kia had to offer. He did not know much about the product line and anytime I asked questions for information outside of what was already available in their brochures or the internet, he would default to basic information I already knew or he was unclear on the matter. Maybe this dealership was confident in their sales numbers, or maybe they were under-staffed, but at no point did I feel that there was any interest ensuring that I was walking away with a new Kia. It was disappointing that I had wasted my time and drive to attend one of the best reviewed Kia dealerships, rather than the ones local to my area. I probably caught them on an off-day, but I would think when it comes to the marketing industry, every sale is crucial. I ended up purchasing a Mazda later that evening. More

Service of Kia Sportage Had a bad initial experience with service department as had brought my Kia Sportage in for repairing a malfunctioning AC unit. I brought it in to the service department again and they were kind enough to have it fixed for me free of charge (parts and labor both free).
