2018 KIA Sportage - Rony Toma, Sales Rep This is my second KIA. Over the years the service department has been top notch. Appointments, and quality of service are dependable and Ron Persaud This is my second KIA. Over the years the service department has been top notch. Appointments, and quality of service are dependable and Ron Persaud the manager is a stand up individual. All to say, this is a consideration for me in choosing "Trento" to start with. Moreover, for the recent purchase of a new vehicle I dealt with "Rony Toma" who is the absolute best sales Rep... bar none, the epitome of who and how you want to deal with. I had shopped around and dealt with several others to my great dismay. However, this guy knows his stuff, he's familiar with the cars they sell and their makeup. He is extremely friendly, an absolute pleasure to deal with and NOT pushy at all, as were some I encountered! He's very laid back and let's the vehicle sell itself with his guidance! He helped me select the new vehicle that would best suit my needs. I ended up with the Sportage and am head over heels. It is the "PERFECT" car for me and after being in it for about a month I am even more convinced Rony helped me pick the right car. I am happy with my dealings with Rony and my new car. THANK YOU.
