After meeting with 5+ dealerships in the Durham Region, I found Frank Boni at Trento. Personable, honest, articulate, knowledgeable …. all this without any pressure at all. My recommendation is to step outside your local area to give dealerships in other areas an opportunity. Frank took the time I needed, was patient and was ALWAYS there when I had a question or concern. Upon entering the dealership, the receptionist was extremely friendly, and professional and anyone I met, was the same...friendly. I have already spoke to my friends and family expressing how easy it was to go through the process while at other dealerships were constantly bombarding me with emails. Terrible service, over priced, I went to do my 41000 service, was hit with a list of things need to be done, was told it will take 2.5 hrs to get all this done, the job was done in I went to do my 41000 service, was hit with a list of things need to be done, was told it will take 2.5 hrs to get all this done, the job was done in 45min, had a bill of $554.- labour was $ 383.- for 45 min job. I had $48.- to rotate tires and install wheels lock set, which was lost by the service center to begin with. Washer fluid 1 L, which I just filled up a week ago and didn't even use the whole bottle.
