On arrival and visiting Trento Kia showroom I was immediately greeted by Frank Boni who is one of the sales managers and felt at ease. He was courteous, polite and had a friendly manner. He also described the state of the car being detailed and when I said I couldn't get there until Thursday he told me upfront about others being interested, saying if I was keen I could leave a deposit. One of my friends suggested that I look into Kia’s leasing options and pay a visit to Trento Kia where she has leased her car. Upon my arrival at Trento Kia, I was greeted very warmly by Amir Golshani. Amir so patiently inquired and gathered all the relevant information regarding my mom’s needs and expectations for her new car. We then were able to pinpoint the model that best suited my mom’s needs. Since my mom was not present at the time of my visit, Amir offered that I call her on the phone so he could answer any questions or concerns she may have regarding the leasing options. Amir also scheduled a test drive for my mom suggesting that she get a feel of her new car prior to leasing. I highly recommend Amir if you are looking to purchase or lease a Kia model, and would like to have a hassle free experience, while receiving an exceptional assistance , guidance and care through the process!
