NEVER BUY FROM HERE So since you guys seem to be avoiding us id thought id take it here. my mother bought her 2013 Honda civic 3 years ago in the beginning of 2014. when So since you guys seem to be avoiding us id thought id take it here. my mother bought her 2013 Honda civic 3 years ago in the beginning of 2014. when we were discussing the warranty at the time you had pre-registered the vehicle 7 (yes 7 !!) months before the purchase date, at the time you said that would not affect us at all and unfortunately we chose to believe you. now about six months ago now the air conditioning compressor went on the car prompting us to discover that you guys have done nothing to remedy the warranty issue causing a whole case of trying to get the compressor fixed under warranty. WE HAVE LOST 7 MONTHS OF OUR WARRANTY. ever since then we have tried countless times and talked to countless people to try and sort this issue out, every single time you seem to be ignoring us and just don't respond or try and give us the run around. now the car is in my possession and i went in to talk about this issue at the dealer and guess what, you guys didn't respond once again. im letting you now that now that its my car you will not hear the end of me until this issue is resolved, if it doesn't i will kept on escalating the situation until its is in some way More
