First time here - good overall I came in for first time - a couple of recall repairs and winter tire installation, and a few small parts I needed. Service Advisor Peter Engelmanas I came in for first time - a couple of recall repairs and winter tire installation, and a few small parts I needed. Service Advisor Peter Engelmanas was excellent. Parts Department was very helpful in finding the small parts that I needed, and the staff at the desk were pleasant and efficient. I was asked when I first entered the service bay if I wanted a courtesy car wash and I agreed, however when I went to pick up my vehicle it had not been done. More

Mike Min Brought our Toyota in for a check up, and installation of winter tires. As always I was met by a very courteous and genuine service person. Mike Minarsky was quick and efficient. He was very mindful of the time frame, and stopped in a couple of times to tell us that it would be only a few more minutes, which we appreciated. Every person we have dealt with has been very professional and cordial. Customer service by all has been exemplary. Thank you Mike! Our car is ready for the winter, and we feel secure knowing we have a very reliable automobile that we can depend on a hundred percent! More

He answered all of my questions, relayed my requests to the tech happily, and was genuinely easy and pleasant to deal with. Also, while you wait for your car you can get some pretty fantastic food. I don't mean only sandwiches either - I had an awesome beef stroganoff! Never would I have thought that I'd eat such a quality meal while waiting for my car at the dealership!
