Excellent Customer Service Our visit to the ToyotaTown Dealership today was to the Service Dept. for my first oil change on our 2017 RAV4. As always, my wife and I were greeted with a smile and a friendly handshake from Mike Minarsky the Service tech. His considerate, welcoming personality always puts you at ease and he takes the time to really listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Mike explains the service procedure in detail and his suggestions are always appreciated. He is excellent at his job. When it comes to any service questions I may have regarding the care and maintenance of our RAV4, Mike has the answers.
