Expectations Exceeded Everytime I have been coming to this dealership for several years now for regular maintenance and repair. I deal with service advisor Rob Dako each and everytim I have been coming to this dealership for several years now for regular maintenance and repair. I deal with service advisor Rob Dako each and everytime and never have I been disappointed in the assistance he provides. His customer service skills in keeping me informed with honest answers surrounding repairs or service to my vehicle is the reason I come back here. The guy knows his job, knows his dealership and the vehicles they sell and service. He makes a point to greet me personally each and everytime even when dealing with other customers. Thanks Rob. More
Used Rav4 needed major repair. I purchased a used Rav4 (2012) from Toyotatown last June. The vehicle had 64,000 km on it when I bought it and the drive train was still under warrant I purchased a used Rav4 (2012) from Toyotatown last June. The vehicle had 64,000 km on it when I bought it and the drive train was still under warranty. When I took it in for an oil change in December I was told the drive shaft was seized and needed to be replaced. By this time the drive train was no longer under warranty and I thought I'd be stuck with a pretty sizable repair bill. Toyotatown came through for me and completed the repair at no charge. I'd rate the dealership higher than 4 stars but not 5 stars because I think they should have replaced the driveshaft before they sold me the vehicle and while it was under warranty. It was clearly on its way out. So, I'm super happy with how it worked out but feel the problem should have been dealt with much sooner. Excellent Service Appointment - Excellent Job! The reason for our visit to the ToyotaTown, London Service Dept. was for the 8000 km recommended check-up on our 2017 RAV 4 XLE. The Service Dept. contacted us and set-up an appointment that was convenient for us and I must say, we really do appreciate their courtesy service reminders, it shows us they value their customers and the on-going maintenance of the vehicles they sell. Upon entering the service dept. we were met by Helena Vrabec who promptly welcomed us with a friendly smile and handshake and introduced herself as the service rep. who would be our contact during the maintenance work on our RAV 4. Helena immediately printed out a copy of the maintenance check-up required at this particular visit and went over each point explaining in detail and answering all our questions. We also had a few concerns and she included those in the check-up as well. Helena is very thorough; she listens to everything you have to say. She is professional at all times and goes out of her way to keep you informed as to how the maintenance work is going on your vehicle. She is excellent at her job, as well as being friendly and caring- what a excellent combination. Thank you for an Excellent Service Appointment! Fantastic Customer Service I was in for service the other day for my 2015 Camry XSE. I had some questions about the newly redesigned 2018 Camry and I was promptly greeted by Sea I was in for service the other day for my 2015 Camry XSE. New service at this dealer. We had purchased a used Venza in 2012 and driven it about 40K with little maintenance. Now we wanted to give it to our daughter and felt we needed to make sure it was it good condition. We had a tight timeline as it was right before Christmas. Thank goodness we met with Helena. She advised us what should be done, and then advised that two recalls notices were outstanding (which we did not know about). She recommended what we should have done and we had the car completely renovated same day. The cost was so reasonable and she was so helpful. I can't say enough about her professional service. Congratulations Toyota on your excellent customer service. Well done Helena. More
