Exceptional employee! I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and i I was very worried that we wouldn't get the car back in time for my daughter to use it to commute to work. She works at the other end of London and it would have taken her 3 times as long to go there on the bus (at night), than to drive (65 minutes + waiting time and transfer time VS 20 minutes by car). Helena really worked for me and got our car done in good time. She was friendly and made the emergency service experience OK! More
