Excellent customer service I took my Corolla in for a scheduled service appointment and to have my winter tires installed. When I made my appointment I mentioned that my tires I took my Corolla in for a scheduled service appointment and to have my winter tires installed. When I made my appointment I mentioned that my tires were not on rims as I know the installation time requirement is longer. Upon arrival the service order indicated that the tires were on rims. This caused an issue as they would not be able to install the tires and complete the service in the time allotted for my appointment. It would basically double the time. My Service Advisor Amanda Krug was wonderful. Upon identifying the issue she found a suitable solution which worked for all parties. I feel she went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Excellent customer service....thank you!! More
