Impeccable! First encountered ToyotaTown back in 2001 when I was looking for an affordable new car. A friend who had been a Toyota owner for nearly 10 years highly recommended I contact Ken Yates. So I did. I leased a new Corolla. Then I moved to Toronto. Despite the distance I managed to time my visits for service with visits to my London friends. On every visit Ken made time to stop and chat. In 2005 I traded for a Toyota Echo hatchback - ideal for my commuting around Toronto. In 2008 I switched to purchasing a new Yaris from Ken, and sold my Echo to another London friend who has become another satisfied customer. By 2011, I had reluctantly stopped the London visits and thus, the visits to ToyotaTown. I traded the Yaris for a Volvo.... Sorry Ken. Thanks so much for your impeccable service over the years. I have no hesitation in recommending Ken Yates. He's the real deal at ToyotaTown! More
