Service Excellence! I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound comi I received excellent service on Saturday May 21 2016! It was the Saturday of the long weekend, and I had convinced myself that the grinding sound coming from the passenger front wheel of my Scion was very serious! I was concerned I would not be able to drive for the entire long weekend!I e-mailed my service request after midnight on Friday - and had a response very early Saturday morning. I was invited to come in for an inspection. Upon arriving at about 8:15 am I was greeted by Peter Engelmanas. He was very attentive and assured me that they would be able to check out my Scion right away (the 8:00 app't was a no show!). He told me that the matter may be resolved easily - but he would let me know asap, and offered me a free coffee.. Within a half hour Peter returned to tell me that the issue was a loose fender liner, which had been repaired with a new clip, NO CHARGE! And I was offered a free car wash as well. So within a half hour I had my concerns addressed, my car fixed and washed - all for NO CHARGE! On a holiday weekend!!! I was extremely pleased and impressed with this level of service. More
