I found him to be very pleasant and patient as this was my first purchase of an automobile on my own ( I am a senior). Baz explained every detail about the car and the additional features that were available. Upon taking delivery, Baz went over all of the features while sitting in the automobile and answered all of my questions. I would certainly go to Baz again and would highly recommend him.
