confusion at first I went to buy a 2017 sienna and salesman showed me the financing and took me to their finance guy and it all seemed too good to be true...well it was I went to buy a 2017 sienna and salesman showed me the financing and took me to their finance guy and it all seemed too good to be true...well it was the finance guy ended up getting my wife and I an approval for a corolla(which we do not want) so when we stated this the finance guy got the real numbers and showed us....(payments way too high) we settled on an camry le then he informed us of the upgrade package which sounded good so we got that...only to find out there is none. We got asked what colour we wanted and we decided we want red...ok now today I was told that silver is the one headed our way(unacceptable as red was first choice then black only if there was one at another lot which there isn't) ...After the intial confusion and misunderstanding the salesman went out of his way to help correct and earn our business....feeling a little better on the situation More
