Her appointments run as scheduled and you are not kept waiting as she gives her undivided attention to you the customer. We downsized from our Highlander as we no longer require the 3rd row of seats and extra cargo space. She suggested we look at the Venza, and we are very happy with it. As far as we are concerned you can't beat Sylvia Donovan and Toyota Town. More

Negotiations were easy and straightforward, the trade in deal was as discussed, the vehicle arrive shortly after the order was placed, it came in fully prepared without any hassle and in the final review, Gwen explained all pertinent details on how to organize its internal workings from the navigation to the garage door opener. (The snow scraper was an added benefit considering this years accumulation.) The vehicle is a joy to drive. It sure beats the old Ford that had many hard driven kilometers on it. This is my first new vehicle in 25 years and the overall experience was great. I would recommend a visit if a new vehicle is on the horizon. (The only criticism is the flow of calls and emails that occurred during and after we picked up the vehicle.) More

Each time we visit ToyotaTown we feel that the customer service is better than on our previous visits, is it possible to improve on this, I do not think it is possible, I am sure ToyotaTown and Sylvia will find a way to make this possible. Looks like they know what they are doing! I had a vibration issue in my car going for some time. Upon first visit to ToyotaTown they suggested to balance tires. I called ToyotaTown with complain and they connected me to Mike Minarsky after that my service at Toyota town improved. He was able to identify the true problem with the help of other mechanics (we did a road test). They explained me in simple words what was the actual problem for my vibration. Mike also checked if my car had recalls done (USA market) and managed to arrange everything for me. it is always nice when they go an extra mile for you. More
