Fantastic From the time I walked through the doors to reception I knew this was a place I wanted to do business. Baz Afara was talking with the receptionist and From the time I walked through the doors to reception I knew this was a place I wanted to do business. Baz Afara was talking with the receptionist and stopped what he was doing and introduced himself and asked if he could be of help. I told him what I was interested in (7 passenger SUV) and he went and got one. I test drove it along with Baz and he told me about all the features it had. We talked about ourselves and our back grounds and I liked that. I have been in sales 40 years and built partnerships with my clients and that is how I felt with Baz. He was building a partnership with me. Baz knew his stuff, he is proud to be selling Toyotas, he is happy at this dealership and he shows it. Will I recommend this dealership? As always, my wife and I were greeted with a smile and a friendly handshake from Mike Minarsky the Service tech. His considerate, welcoming personality always puts you at ease and he takes the time to really listen to any questions or concerns you may have. Mike explains the service procedure in detail and his suggestions are always appreciated. He is excellent at his job. When it comes to any service questions I may have regarding the care and maintenance of our RAV4, Mike has the answers. I'd been to many dealerships between Whitby and Sarnia looking for someone who seemed to care about my business. I knew the exact car I wanted so I didn't need someone to sell me on the features and benefits...what I wanted was service. After all, I was handing over a sizeable amount of money. William was excellent throughout the whole experience. I could have purchased the car from anywhere but I drove all the way from Ajax to work with him. And the support team at Toyotatown were equally excellent. They called when they said they'd call. They returned emails quickly and my car was ready and waiting for me on pick up day. It's too bad I live so far away that I cannot take advantage of their service centre. Thank you William. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Prius! More
