During my last visit he commented that my tires looked as if they might be wearing and suggested an alignment Luckily I agreed and the results showed they indeed needed adjustment. I would recommend Rob to anyone who takes their car to this Toyota service dept. He is pleasant and is able to convey technical issues in layman's terms. I continue to trust my car's maintenance to Rob and actually to the other service advisors at Toyotatown London. FYI.
