Qjuick and helpful On July 26, we were heading east on 401 toward Toronto when a dashboard symbol indicated a breaking problem. We left the 401 at London and went ToyotaTown when Robert Dako, a service adviser, correctly diagnosed the problem as low tire pressure, spotted a screw in the right rear tire, told us they didn't have that exact tire in stock but found a similar tire and had it installed, at no cost except service. Throughout, Mr. Dako provided updates on progress, kept us informed, told us the alternatives and guided our decision. In less than an hour we were on our way, happy and grateful for our experience with Mr. Dako and ToyotaTown. In general, a fine combination of efficiency, expertise and politeness. (We also were very impressed with Toyota Town, which is much bigger and better equipped than our home dealership in Chicago and, besides has an excellent cafeteria and waiting room.) More

GOING THE EXTRA MILE!! My first visit to Toyota Town London I had driven from Windsor to see a unique vehicle. I left that day feeling under valued and un-important... My first visit to Toyota Town London I had driven from Windsor to see a unique vehicle. I left that day feeling under valued and un-important... and a little confused with the no haggle approach. MY MISTAKE ! Stephanie Davis followed up with an inquiry I had a few days later. Steph chatted with me for sometime. She made me feel extremely valued, she related to my situation and most importantly she had my best interests in mind. We scheduled another visit so that to rectify any uneasiness I had been feeling and to get me testing out a few vehicles that suited my needs best! It just so happens the day that worked for me just so happened to fall on Stephanies day off (which she did not disclose to me) What service!! She came in on her day off to help me feel better and more confident in my decision to purchase a new car. She very easily could have passed me off to someone else.... but she went the extra mile. I would recommend Toyota Town and Stephanie Davis to my closest of friends. Thank you for going that extra mile, taking the extra steps and putting forth that extra effort to ensure a pleasant new car purchasing experience for me. FYI .... I did not end up purchasing this specific vehicle and even without the sale, Stephanie was pleasant and assured me her services are there if ever I come back around. Geordie makes buying a car easy! I came into Toyota a couple months ago and my Tacoma was old so I needed something new. After test driving a couple vehicles I just wasn't happy with the them. Geordie new it was out of my price range but showed me a 2014 Scion tC and I loved it. He makes buying a car hassle free and couldn't explain things more clearly. I would seriously recommend visiting Geordie at Toyotatown in London for any of your sales needs. More
