First service visit. It was my first service visit since purchasing my new Toyota 2017 Rav4 in July of this year. The visit was to purchase and put on winter tires. I was greeted by friendly personal who guided me to the service department. There I was promptly attended to by a friendly and knowledgeable young lady (Helena Vrabec). She took care of all my booking and provided a free coffee voucher for me while waiting. The service was completed on time, appreciated the complimentary car wash and fast and friendly financial service.
