Toyotatown the best Firis is usually the service advisor we schedule our Venza or Camry service with. Complete hassle free, friendly visit This particular visit was for an issue with my differential, an issue that came up as something Toyota would cover in a certain span of time. The service is great,when I first came I pull into the drive in shop, was welcomed by the service staff. My concerns were well listened to, and documented. They were very thorough with explaining what needed to be done. Also check for outstanding recalls and fixed a couple small things. They diagnosed my issue and it was fully covered. And threw in a complimentary car wash(not sure if that's the norm) when my vehicle was done I got full detail from the service tech Amanda, and all concerns were adressed. All in all Toyota stands by their vehicles and customers and this dealership and staff did too. More
