Helena was able to get us a break on a new door seal. Second trip in was for a Prius that wouldn’t start on a stormy day - couldn’t tell if there was a battery issue or the lights had been left on (car was covered with a lot of snow and it was daytime). Battery was in perfect condition, so they didn’t even charge for the test! More

We talked afterwards and I left to do more homehome. I was back ina couple of weeks. My homework involved trying other vehicles but nothing compared to the RAV4 for what it offered. As a salesman Geordie was most accommodating and willingly provided me with various pricing schemes until we determined one that fits my needs. Great service. The service plan, warranties were all laid out and explained in detail. Geordie saw to my needs and provided me with the information I needed to make decisions throughout the vehicle buying process.
