She'd been dealing with a small mom & pop shop, but after they destroyed her other vehicle (ex. forgot to screw all the screws in, not ordering parts in a timely fashion...) she needed a reliable mechanic. So, as her 'new' replacement vehicle was a Toyota, she went to ToyotaTown. They took great care of the car it was replaced. When I decided to get a car, I took prospective cars to ToyotaTown so they could let me know if the vehicle had costly repairs in the future. This cost a bit, but was worth it. I ended up getting a Honda Fit that has required only minor repairs since purchasing it. Plus they do all the servicing and repairs. The staff are especially pleasant. My mom usually works with Rob Dako and I have as well. He always greets us with a smile and is pleasant and explains exactly what is wrong. Last week I took my car in for a few unexplained rattling noises and possible brake repairs. They did a great check-over and let me know what was causing the noises (balding winter tires), a loose screw and that my front brakes & rotors needed replacing. They rotated the tires for free (to help with the even wearing), and washed the rear breaks and loose screw for free. The brakes they had replaced that day (got the part from the Honda Dealership), and I had my car by the end of the day. I would highly recommend ToyotaTown in London. I work in Hamilton 4 days a week and make sure that I get my servicing and repairs done when I'm visiting family in London as I like ToyotaTown and the staff so much. I never feel ripped off. More

All told, it was a great day to take my car to Toyota Town. I took my 2009 Corolla in this morning to have a couple of things taken care of. I was met by Firis Sharif, who greeted me and knew why I had brought in my car. He arranged for the service I wanted and tried to get some materials for another job. He told me that Toyota Town would have to get it from Toronto and it would not be possible to take care of that today. Later, after I had been given a ride home by a very pleasant gentleman, Amanda Krug called and told me the service I had asked for was finished, but, that, in fact, the material for the other work was available and that part of the work could be done today. I said yes please, and it was done and ready by sometime between 2 and 2:30 pm. That kind shuttle driver picked me up and I picked up my car. All told, it was a great day to take my car to Toyota Town. By the way, the work of Amanda saved me another trip to Toyota Town, which is 13 km away from home and two one-half hour drives to and fro. More
