I narrowed my decision down to the Camry, rather then the Rav4, very quickly, after test driving a new 2018 Camry XLE at Toyotatown, London. I had many Toyota's over the years . My last Camry was a 1999 base model and it was one of the best for reliability. I have been driving a 2007 Matrix XR for the past 5 years . It is also a very reliable car. 2010 RAV4 to 2018 Tacoma! I purchased my 2010 RAV4 Sport from a dealership in town. It had come off of a lease from ToyotaTown so I continued with servicing it at ToyotaTown. The prices and service I receive from ToyotaTown have always been top notch. My parents have always purchased Toyota vehicles and have always had great experience with the brand and dealership service. In Feb of this year I brought my RAV4 in for service and decided to explore some new vehicle options as the RAV4 was now 8 years old, just had a water pump replacement and needed more and more maintenance. My RAV4 was appraised by Lee and I was pleasantly surprised for the amount I was offered. The RAV4 had some cosmetic issues that needed repair and I was sure I was going to receive a low price. I had been researching Tacomas and decided this was the vehicle I was going to purchase. Baz was great in showing me the details and safety features of the 2018 Tacoma. The price was right where my husband and I were comfortable paying and Andre from Finance was very kind and helpful. The process to obtaining a new vehicle was painless! I had never purchased a new car before. I'm very happy with my experience at ToyotaTown and will continue to be a loyal customer for many years. More
