Browsing I went into Toyota Town just to browse some of the cars I had seen advertised. I was lucky enough to get some help from Millad. He was quite knowledgeable about the different features on various different models that I was thinking about. He was patient and answered all the numerous questions I had about new vs used and so on. He took the time to answer every question and go above and beyond to make sure I completely understood what he was telling me about. As someone who is not familiar with car repairs, their service advisers always do a great job in making sure I understand what exactly is being repaired on my car a why. They always answer my questions never make me feel out of place to ask. Both Mike and Rob helped me out today and they were very attentive and kind. There was an additional issue that shows up on my car after the repair and they fixed the issue immediately and apologized for any additional delay in time.
