Everything about this place went smoothly, from booking your appointment and getting your vehicle back after being serviced. Having the option to get a courtesy vehicle and a shuttle service is very helpfu your appointment and getting your vehicle back after being serviced. Having the option to get a courtesy vehicle and a shuttle service is very helpful to those who need them. My service advisor, Sandeep, was very helpful and friendly when dropping off my truck. And if you’re able to, request for Oliver to work on your vehicle. He’s a great friend of mine, he takes pride in his work and he’ll take care of you and your vehicle. Thanks guys! More

@sumit Nice guy but not a good salesperson and should not be working at a dealership or allowed to test driving vehicles. Bought a brand new Corolla April 4th, 2024. Was upsold winter package and etching. I be working at a dealership or allowed to test driving vehicles. Bought a brand new Corolla April 4th, 2024. Was upsold winter package and etching. I took the car to work last week (usually work from home, therefore I don’t drive the car often at all) and the car was shaking, making tons of noise going up the hill just before the downtown core of Edmonton. I called the dealership multiple times before getting a response, when I took the car in and HE drove my car. I don’t even let my partner drive it as I just bought it. He got into the car and said “are you crazy you already drove 900kms” I looked at him and was SHOCKED. This was the amount of kms I had until I was empty. The actually kms I’ve driven was only 100kms. How does this person sell cars???? Can’t even read a dash?! During the test drive where HE WAS DRIVING; which should never be the case especially if the car is yours, even if it isn’t, the customer always drives the vehicle, unless they don’t want to; he drove the car super hard, trying to tell me I was driving in the wrong gear...went over the speed bumps like they were nothing, floored the gas, slammed on breaks & drove HARD in the wrong gear on purpose to try to prove that I had done the same!! Speeding, taking sharp corners and took the car up a tiny hill nothing like the hill I took it up and heard the loud noise and said “see it’s fine” then when he parked the car; backing in, he almost hit the curb; parked RIGHT ON IT, I couldn’t even get out without hitting the trees! I noticed scratches and other imperfections in the interior of the car; I brought this up to them and they said it is normal for new cars to have this “just get some shoe polish”…avoid Toyota on the trail at all costs!! He probably messed up my suspension and transmission driving the way he did!! @sumit More
