Both sales person Jackson and Jay who I dealt with were very helpful and professional. I was told that there was only one Keyfob but i could claim another on warranty. We finalized the purchase and I made very helpful and professional. I was told that there was only one Keyfob but i could claim another on warranty. We finalized the purchase and I made a deposit. While waiting on the paperwork from finance, the person who I assume was their superrvisor came and told me that because I was not financing the purchase, he cannot get me the second keyfob, as he is not making the company any money on the deal. He further explained I can finance the deal and pay it off in 2 or 3 years. He asked if I am getting the money from my Line of credit. I told him we have a contract and that is very unethical. After some discussion between us, I ask to see the manager. He told me the manager was busy and would be available in fifeen minutes. I waited for approximately 25 minutes. At that point Jay cane and told me I will get the second key fob. Thus my rating of 3 Stars. More
