Toyota on the Trail

Manager and team charged me for what I am not supposed to pay for. Bad (manager) took my vehicle for ransom. Never seen a thing this. Not minding my argument, he seized the vehicle keys, took it to where I d pay for. Bad (manager) took my vehicle for ransom. Never seen a thing this. They have been pretty honest and helpful with my services. Really like that they sometimes do videos to show me the damage and inspections they are doing. services. Really like that they sometimes do videos to show me the damage and inspections they are doing. More

I was in the market for a 2024 Toyota Tundra. I spent significant time looking around the Edmonton area and even the rest of Alberta. I found what I was looking for at Toyota on the Trail. Ja I spent significant time looking around the Edmonton area and even the rest of Alberta. I found what I was looking for at Toyota on the Trail. Jad, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable in the vehicle and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. I believe we negotiated a fair price and the rest of the sales process went very smoothly. Everyone I dealt with at Toyota on the Trail was friendly, helpful and professional. The vehicle was detailed and delivered to me the first day after the long weekend. Jad, went through all the operations of the vehicle including how to download and connect the Toyota app and answered any additional questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2024 Toyota Tundra 1794 Advanced Platinum Hybrid. I recommend Toyota on the Trail for anyone looking for a New (or Used) vehicle. Ask for Jad. More

Finally I made contact with the sales manager as I gave up try to get ahold of the salesman. It was the sales manager himself who came through on the promises and got everything done for us! He was great, the rest of the service was very disappointing. And when we finally did get it in to have everything installed they told us it would be a two hour job, it ended up taking over three hours and no contact was made with us to tell us how much longer it would be or why it was so long of a wait. Communication is very lacking at this dealership, we will never buy from them again. We've had wonderful service from West End Toyota so we will be going there in the future. More

Excellent Customer service, but a bit misleading on the internet posted price. They had already had items added to the car and add that to the price when purchasing. They call it an option, but it's not an internet posted price. They had already had items added to the car and add that to the price when purchasing. They call it an option, but it's not an option.
