Great experience, customer service adviser was able to tell what was needed and what was already done. I was told what additional defective was found and given the option to fix it ( Giving the customer t tell what was needed and what was already done. Staff are very friendly and atmosphere is nice, when you wait for your car you can have a fresh coffee and now they have added a Croissant, Cookie and some snacks as well..
