Wonderful. I had a wonderful experience of Toyota on the Park from the moment I got there. A very warm, friendly and knowledgeable manager, Jure, was sitting at I had a wonderful experience of Toyota on the Park from the moment I got there. A very warm, friendly and knowledgeable manager, Jure, was sitting at the front and greeted me when I came in. He asked what I was looking for, and introduced me to Jordan Lin, a product advisor, who helped me determine what I was looking for and helped me decide on a car by taking me on test drives, showing me a few different car options, and talking to me about logistics. I felt comfortable with Jordan immediately. He was very easy to talk to, obviously very knowledgeable about Toyota's products, very professional but also warm and with a great sense of humour. I didn't feel "schmoozed" or singled out as an easy target for a sale because I am a single female. Rather, Jordan treated me respectfully and collaboratively, and never pushed me to make choices I didn't want to make. He simply laid out the options available, and I chose what I wanted. Then I went through a very easy, simple and well-organized purchasing process with Ali Nikpour, a lovely guy, who walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Since purchasing the car, a 2017 Prius V that I LOVE, Jordan has checked in with me several times to see how things are going, and if there's anything I needed to ask. I could not have had a better experience buying my first car thanks to Jordan and Jure. More
