Candice was welcoming and professional and spent quite some time with Catherine as she tried all 3 of the Prius models. I was due for a new car as well, and in large part because of how Candice presented herself, decided that we would be buying 2 new cars. Over the course of our visits to the dealership we met with Aaron, who is very skillful and has an engaging personality, and then when it was time for the money talks, we were introduced to Chris and he, too, was very thorough and professional. All in all, it was a great experience and any dealings/questions we have had since then have been answered quickly and very courteously. All vehicle accessories were completed as specified and there were no surprises. The delivery process was friendly and all questions were answered by Alice on preparation of the paper work and Jure on vehicle preparation and delivery.
