I would recommend Ted to any friends or family members that are even slightly interested in purchasing a car as he makes the entire experience the easiest transition possible. My father is, to put it kindly, not tech savvy. Ted walked us through a demonstration of using the features of our new car that now he is comfortable using the tools without asking for help. I found Ted's presentation very appropriate to the level of his client's car knowledge. Once you have found your best fit with the help of Ted, usually comes the boring paperwork. Even though there is still paperwork, Alice Lake is the most organized, proactive financial services woman I have dealt with. She provides the most punctual, informative and helpful service that we could have asked for. It wasn't all boring paperwork! We even had a moment of dog sharing photos! Even if you are not a dog person, you will feel instantly comfortable with Alice and get all the information you require to have the best purchase of your new car! Overall, amazing experience! His style of selling was extremely suitable for me. From the first time I met him, he told me that he is different from most other salesman and that is exactly what he is. I did not feel that he was aggressive in pushing me to buy a car from him. He gave me all the information needed about different cars (even those that were not Toyota) such as pros and cons, and allowed me to make the decision for myself. After I decided that Toyota was the car that I was most interested in, that's when Justin got to work. As a young driver, he knew how important it was for me to get all the most up to date features. However, he also understood that I was working on a tight budget. He worked hard to find me a slightly used fully loaded Toyota Rav4 Limited (with only 14,000km) for the price of a brand new Rav4 LE. As a brand new car owner what more can I ask for. I got a chance to enjoy driving in a luxury car without having to pay the price for it. Justin truly made me feel like he was there to help me get what I want which is something that not many salesman can do. He even came in early the morning when I was picking up my car to spray the bottom of the car with an extra layer of anti-rust protection. You can't ask for much more from a salesman. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a Toyota to speak with Justin from the Toyota on the Park dealership as he will pretty much bend over backwards to make you happy. I checked in first with Yorkdale Toyota (the one nearest to me) in which I had a bad experience. Instead of blaming all of Toyota dealers I decided to try again. I went online and found a car I was interested in. I called "Toyota on the Park". Leslie and Eglinton. I spoke on the phone with Sales associate Eugene. We meet at the dealership. As I drove up the driveway I thought, “Wow, this is a beautiful location”. A castle on a hill compared to Yorkdale. Upon walking in I got a friendly reception. I asked for Eugene. We meet and took the car for a test drive. Negotiated and bought the car the same day. There is a huge difference in service between these 2 dealerships. There was a mutual respect and it was overall a better experience. Eugene is a sales professional. I did my research on my purchase and I know he knew his product. Very impressed. Yorkdale Toyota? Theyseem like a bunch of kids waiting for the last school bell to ring so they can go home. More
