New Adventures with Camry XLE I happened to visit this location after work and I was greeted by the very friendly sales manager, who guided me to a very knowledgeable sales special I happened to visit this location after work and I was greeted by the very friendly sales manager, who guided me to a very knowledgeable sales specialist. I told Justin about an upcoming life change/move and we bonded as he had done something very similar in his past. Justin was very understanding of what I was looking for and presented many helpful solutions. After a many test drives, and two weeks of dealership visits, the end result was a shiny Camry XLE. Justin had ensured all the details were taken care of, and made sure the car was in showroom condition upon delivery. He had treated the car as if it was his own 4Runner. He was extremely positive, fun, and full of supportive energy/attitude. His ability to understand and support my decisions were admirable. After the decision was made, Alice provided top notch friendliness and quality financial work! Any other staff member ensured I was happy, including high fives from Justin's friendly brother, and the sales manager. Highly recommend this location for all friendly staff, selection, and premium feel to the facilities. Right away, there is something is very different going on at this Dealership, and obviously for the better. From the moment you walk in, being warmly welcomed by "Management" (Jure) who got to my needs right away bypassing all the baloney and then introducing me to Justin (new car rep). Justin was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and sincere. He answered all the questions I asked and alertly picked up and answered everthing of subtle mention, be it good, bad or indifferent during our test drive. There was never any pressure. Unlike that dreaded feeling you get when going to the dentist, Toyota on the Park really makes things quick, fast and as painless as possible. I have only ever purchased and driven Toyota vehicles and with service like this, I will continue to be a Toyota driver for a very long time. The customer cafeteria/lounge is extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. There really isn't much missing at Toyota on the Park! More
