The offer was accepted By Toyota on the Park without hassle. The next step was to source the specific colour, ruby flare, my only acceptable exterior colour. Brad Garrow tracked down one of the last to be produced this year and had it routed to me within one month. (I was prepared to wait for the 2016s had my choice of colour not been available.) Brad kept in touch with me throughout the month and, upon delivery, provided a good overview of the features, many of which were not available since my last purchase. I was pleased that I was able to purchase from the dealership that had provided very good service for my 2005 Avalon for the last 10 years. My kudos to Alisha Shah (and her predecessor, Donna Dean) and the rest of the service staff. I can admit now that I really didn't have to do much research on other makes of car. My 2005 Avalon has retained its value, the 2015 Camry is a highly rated car and my expectation is that I will continue to be a satisfied customer. The hassle-free environment was an unexpected bonus. Sent a 2nd email and Conrad from Sales called me almost immediately to rectify the situation. He connected me with someone in Services to confirm my booking. Otherwise, great service, Hon kept me updated as to the diagnostics and issues. Services gave me lots of detail as to what would happen and the timeframes allowing me to plan my day accordingly. Shuttle service offered which is great. More

My truck needed some care I have always received good service from the team at Toyota on the park. This time around the farm truck had a valve failure, and needed some parts. I had been dealing with Alisha, and she had order the parts, and managed to turn the repair around relatively quickly and painlessly. Russel checked me in with no hastle. The service department is well organized, so that even though he was not the primary point of contact, He understood the worked order and ovvered me a shuttle back to work. Amir arrived promptly and shuttled me in to get my vehicle. Alisha did most of the heavy lifting in terms of sourcing the parts and is my main point of contact. I was able to have my Vehicle, back in time for the weekend when need it the most. More

Have always had a Toyota and despite my previous somewhat lukewarm experience at this dealership, this purchase experience changed all that. they were fab to deal with. Even got me the color i wanted, Alisha in the service department is the only one i go to and the only one i would recommend. i prefer waiting for her to take care of the car then have someone else look after it.
