Quick, friendly, and efficient service! We have previously purchased a vehicle from Kingsway Toyota and decided to go back to them as they gave us good service before. My son & I went to start looking for what we wanted and made an appointment to come back with my husband. Our sales associate had a customer come in without an appointment, but he helped us as well as his other customer. He did have a coworker help out and they took the time to find where and when we could get the vehicle in the color we wanted. They showed us another color in the model we wanted and we went with that one instead. Very friendly, knowledgeable team! Thanks Pha, Roneil, and Alan (finance). More

Avoid this dealership Coreena Wong was amazing, after all her hard work, we were passed on to Dan Smith, Finance Director. He was rude, arrogant, and brushed us off each t Coreena Wong was amazing, after all her hard work, we were passed on to Dan Smith, Finance Director. He was rude, arrogant, and brushed us off each time we came in. We were asked to come in on Tuesday morning and have our hail damaged car looked at, when we arrived Dan greeted us with "What do you want?", and "Why are you here?" when we told him that Coreena had arranged for us to come in, he acted like it was putting his whole day off. The second time we went in he was yet again rude and arrogant, he told us that he needed a whole bunch more stuff and we had to wait, well guess what Dan Smith, Dodge had none of those comments for us in fact they treated us as we should have been treated. We were told by Coreena that everything was golden, everything was approved, all you have to do now is choose between the Tundra or Highlander. Dan Smith treated us like he was doing us a favor, at his inconvenience. In the end we went with Southtown Dodge, Alex Bell treated us very well and we were out of there the next day with our brand new 2015 vehicle. Dan Smith could not put everything together if his life depended on it. We were very disappointed as we would have loved to own a Toyota and Coreena Wong did her very best. Do NOT go to this dealership. Avoid them at all cost, they treat you like second class citizens. More

Cost of a "world class inspection" without the quality Every time I have gone I have found costs to be larger then what they seem. The breaking point however was my last service visit where I paid 300 doll Every time I have gone I have found costs to be larger then what they seem. I had my doubts about the quality so I checks for myself afterwards. 150 was the break down for cost of fluid checks to discover simple things like washer fluid left near empty. Next I Checked my engine air filter, while they did replace it, they failed to notice the GIANT collection of lint and bird seed in the air filter housing. Had the cost been 100 or something I would have understood. But what exactly did I pay for? I will never know. Go to any other dealership but this one More
