Combination of respect, kindness and budget Me and my wife went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned RAV4. we already had a car in mind after exchanging lots of emails with Anya and Roneil. Both were very nice and helped us find a perfect car that matched our need and our budget. Because of my wife's job we were able to make it at 7:30pm and the dealership was supposed to close at 9:00pm. The sale person, Gerry, was very nice, honest and helpful. He showed us the car, took us for a test drive and he was answering all our questions. He helped us solve a misunderstanding regarding the car's price. He and Shawn did their best to get us a deal close to our budget. Gerry also contacted the previous owner of the car for the second set of keys and the transfer of the ECP. Alan, in the finance was very nice and he tried his best to get us a good finance deal in terms of interest rate. Despite the fact that we stayed late and when we left it was 11:05 pm all staff were very nice and polite. Two days later, we pickup the car and Ron even offered to use one of the dealers plate until we register the car. These guys did more than what we expected. I have no hesitations to recommend this dealership and Gerry in particular to any potential customer. More

We left the dealership at 1:00pm and they called us at 9:40pm to say they finished the paperwork and we could get the car the next day! They have officially blown us away with amazing service!!!
