Poor Customer service Went in for an oil change (was given 7 years of free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle - two a year). I was told that they had switched comput Went in for an oil change (was given 7 years of free oil changes when I purchased the vehicle - two a year). I was told that they had switched computer systems and they did not have the free oil change information on file and I would have to pay. I was told they would have to search for the paperwork and I would have to reschedule. I rescheduled and when I called to confirm my appointment, they still had not input my free oil change info. Then I was told that I had to pay for a full inspection every year, or 16,000Km to get the free oil changes. My sales contract, which included the free oil change information said nothing about mandatory inspections. The service woman was rude, unfriendly and had no customer service skills to speak of and she seemed to make the service department rules up as she goes along. I wonder if she is on commission? I have purchased three vehicles at this dealership and will never purchase a vehicle here again. They truly do not value, or respect their customers, as you are just a number here. They attempt to use bully tactics. I will never deal with any Priestner Group, or any of their Go Auto dealerships in the future, as I do not trust them!. More

Mr. Gerry Domingo have a big patience for my status due to I am waiting for the result for my application of my permanent residence . But God is good I got it.
