He started assisting me thru messenger and then that's it, He got me a nice deal an Gerry was there right from the start until the end of the process. Issues during/after sale but the GM worked with me to solve I purchased a used RAV4 from this dealership and everything went great until I signed the contract, then I got into issues: the loan rate doubled vs. I purchased a used RAV4 from this dealership and everything went great until I signed the contract, then I got into issues: the loan rate doubled vs. what we originally agreed and had to spend several hours until we have reached an agreement. I later realized that the car was slightly hail damaged and reported that to the dealership with pictures. The General Manager worked out the issues with me and fixed the hail damage free of charge while offering a loaner. Despite my original impression, they worked hard to recover their image and they did! At the end I am satisfied with the purchase. More
