Ron was a pleasure to deal with he found me a vehicle I was interested in and recommended I take it home to try it out overnight after driving it I decided I wanted a newer model and that may take some time to make it work. Ron listened to my preferences and worked very hard to find me the perfect RAV4 at a great price that had everything I was looking for in it and more. On this day, I was greeted by a very friendly driver named Zahir. He's definitely a professional in that he knew the best and safest route to take me to work given the peak hour rush and construction. Conversation was also fun and he actually sold me on the new GPS systems that Toyota uses. Couldn't ask for better service from a shuttle driver. Thanks Zahir!!! Service Center: My only recommendation (1 star removed) relates to the computers/procedures in the Service Center. When I initially arrived the previous morning to drop off my 1st vehicle, I was told that "I wasn't in the system???" I found that odd as I've been using this dealership to service this car for 14 years. I was so irritated by this that I almost cancelled the service right there and go to another Toyota dealership. Luckily after further pressing, they found my record. Bottom line: I felt like part of the Toyota Family in prior trips and now felt like a Stranger. I hope my Service Center experience improves the next time. One Suggestion: Maybe query by name or reconcile name with scheduled appointments first versus asking for contact numbers upon arrival. More
